After speaking with someone else that’s the air inlet I don’t see anything else n not leaking down super fast but I need to find what’s causing the motor so much tension it’s stalling it. Will try to pull the push piston apart tomorrow n look at am guessing will be o rings or piston rings n cylinder walls

So took it apart was filthy built up carbon or what ever in it. N also found two cracked seals on the rod. Gonna try to find replacement today at ace or replace with o rings

So greased the rings that were still good cleaned everything up n put back together. Filled my avenger to 3500 no problems stalling. So only thing left spray for leaks n put back together

Well on the piston. It was build like a two stage looked like with a small one in the middle both the larger one n smaller one had two seals. There where different colors then the other ones so each one only has one now but it did work

Real compressors use an over pressure safety valve, not discs and good ones typically cost around $150 each. Perhaps even one per stage.
