Compressor for occasional use

I am afraid your choices will be limited to those branded Chinese compressors like the Normad, Spark and GX. Unlike the Yong Heng, parts are generally not available from third parties for these compressors so you will not be able to fix them in case they break down. For this reason, the support by the vendor is essential to keep them running. Make sure that you will buy from vendors having good reputation in this regard.

Yong Heng compressor, easy to run and use !

And Cheap !

And water cooled, as OP stated he DID NOT want. airgunfans listed the common versions that I know about also. I"ve had very good service from a Yong Heng but it is definitely water cooled. I have a couple of compressors now but have considered a Nomad II to keep in the vehicle. Reliability has been my concern with those but I've read a few good posts about them.

200 pellets a month? Who would admit to such a thing?
Shooting is an interesting hobby. I know guys who own dozens if not hundreds of guns and rarely shoot them other guys that shoot almost everyday.
Thus compressor stuff is interesting. I shoot a lot. It’s not unusual to shoot 200 a day. I have a nitrogen set up ( which I like) and a 110 daystate compressor which I’ve had some trouble with but is currently working. For guys like myself the airetex compressor looks like a good possibility. For guys shooting limited numbers of pellets getting the tank filled even if expensive is definitely the way to go. If you don’t have that choice then you basically have to decide what you want to spend. Lots of people have cars they don’t drive and guns they don’t shoot . There just is no good fits all answer
