Isn’t it inconvenient to remove the fill hose from the tank?. And is there any advantage?. Thanks for the pictures, they help.

The advantage of a DIN300 is that it is a more secure connection to a DIN300 female threaded tank compared to using a foster quick connect on the hose. A female foster quick connect on the end of the compressor fill hose requires the tank to have a DIN300 to male foster connector on the tank to complete the connection. The vibration of the compressor during fills will eventually develop a leak inside the female foster from o-ring wear. The threaded DIN300 connection is unaffected by vibration. So it is less costly if your tank has a DIN300 female connection, more secure, and is easily attached to the tank without tools.

I generally do not watch videos, because I would rather read content. Videos showing how to assemble, disassemble things can be of help, though, when working on equipment. It is time to replace the pressure relief valve on my machine. This video shows how the machine was made, and was of help. I was especially interested to note that no torque wrenches were used during assembly-
