Cold weather brings them in...

Snow yesterday and cold wind today brings in the starlings, shot 4 yesterday, the rest today, couldn't find several overall a good couple days...

I know thats gotta be fun shooting starlings like that. I'll sometimes shoot black birds in the winter when they become really thick on the ground and in the trees around the house. What kinda average distance do you normally shoot from.......good shooting.

Average distance is close to 45 yards using 18 grain jsb's, they can be difficult to zero in on with the wind and tree movement...
