CO2 Gun repair locations

New guy here from NW Georgia,Looking for advice on repairs.I have a Crosman 1077 CO2 rifle that the gas leaks out as soon as it inserted.I received new seals from Crosman but was not successful installing them. I also have a Tanfoglio Witness 1911 C02 pistol that won't fire with a new C02 cylinder installed.Just trying to see if it would be cost effective to have them repaired and where to send them. Thanks

Thanks Ron T,I will do that.

Tim and Sue Smith with the "Airgun Hobbyist" magazine are not only the publisher for this magazine but they work on Crosman airguns as well. I would give them a call because they're located in Concord, North Carolina.

PS...….I had a problem with my P Rod a couple of years ago and Sue was able to help me with this issue and I'm well pleased with her knowledge of Crosman airguns.

Can you describe EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS when you insert the co2 and I assume you have been always using Alphabet org or pellgun oil on the co2 before installing correct? Important to keep seals well lubricated. And tighten the co2s both guns after generously applying the Alphabet org or pellgun oil then back the tension screw both guns out maybe 1/8 of a turn for the pistol and 1/4 turn for the rifle. If you have Auto Trans Stop Leak Quick Fix it may help by substituting it instead of using pellgun oil both cases here.

Try that first. If the problems are due to lack of lubrication there's a possibility to get them going as is so long as all the seals are on place as they should be and can go further on instruction after you have tried these recommendations first.

If you send them out to repair it may cost close to the price of new guns with round trip shipping with insurance and labor just so you know.

I'd make every effort to fix them myself if I were you or buy new ones and have these as spare parts guns for later if they ever get discontinued you got parts!

That 1077 is a PRIME CANDIDATE to convert to HPA! That's a WILDFIRE just waiting to happen! Just do a conversion and buy the cheap $28 Aliexpress pump.

If you insist on paying someone to fix that one at least make it worthwhile have him convert it to HPA! You can just run a male foster nipple at the end and just fill to 1400psi max and make some minor valve and spring adjustments or go full blown and run a regulated 1400psi drop bottle or a coiled tether to a regulated 1400psi paintball tank.
