anybody have a cutter that can cut these ? 5x7 a man at Hickory had these and also 8x10 size thin masonite board

If you are CAD inclined you can design the pattern yourself and send the drawings to SendCutSend.

Is the idea to shoot the silhouette out of the circle?
I am not sure my Ortur LM2 pro would cut Masonite like that. Light ply and balsa is not problem, but Masonite would be too hard for a diode laser, I believe. The CO2 laser @ 40+ watts could do it, I am sure.
