Wondering if anyone knows of a ballistics software suitable for Airguns that has the click values in MRAD.

SHOOTER does.
It's my go-to ballistic program for every rifle I own.
I have a Athlon Talos 4-14x44 FFP mil/mil scope mounted on my Steyr LGB1 biathlon trainer that's only 6 ftlbs. Got the dope working good out to 100Y.

Strelok Pro 10 bucks. constant updates no extra fees great stuff. Android and I Phone and on your computer.

Strelok Pro worth the $11-12. Igor the creater or owner responds timely to any questions. Well worth it. Even has a good selection of pellets with lengths and BC’s already figured.

I have Stelok Pro, Chairgun, and Shooter. Have to say Shooter is BY FAR my favorite ..... can save the most rifles, each with multiple ammos..... EASILY , plus the ergos and editing are MUCH nicer, with all the controls needed. Any of the 3 will do what you are asking.
I guess once a person gets used to the ergos on Strelok, they find it powerful. After using Shooter, I just find them tedious.

Also with Strelok its easy to print range range cards/ turret DOPE info, in any yard increments, we only need it for like 10-100y but I have mine printed 10y-35y because the minimum yardage for my kestrel is 35y and anything less WAS a blind spot.

Thank you all for your feedback. I did more research into Strelok Pro, following which I sent some questions to Igor. I was very impressed with the speed that Igor got back to me with his replies.
The upshot is that I purchased Strelok Pro and installed it on my two devices using the family sharing option.
I now have a new challenge of learning to use and getting the best out of the app.
