Clearidge vs Leupold

The Clearidge is a nice budget old school style Japanese scope equal to roughly the old Bushnell Scope Chief and Elite 3200s. The Leupold EFR series are better scopes optically and light weight and Custom Reticles available through Leupold Custom Shop once they are back in full swing.

I have had an old Leupold 3-9x EFR on a RWS 48/52 side lever for years and years with zero issues whatsoever and the new owner is still shooting it all the time.

I jave had a lot of broken scopes on RWS side levers and the USA Leupold and Japan Weaver V16 series are the only 2 that never gave problems for me.
