You need to be an active member with 10 meaningful posts to message people. So far you have 5 posts total, 2 of which were for a raffle, 1 that was removed by a moderator for being derogatory, and two here asking why you can't message. I'd say you still need roughly 10 quality posts before you're allowed to message anyone.

Does it add any value to the forum or are they just commenting "neat!" 10 times? I assume that's up to the mods to determine because they have to manually allow you to message these days.
