Chucks are catching hell

Not me my son. Just called him and he is having fun in eastern Washington. Got 5 so far using 16gr griffin slugs this evening after work 6:14 now so he can't be out more than an hour. So I said I'll get off the phone and let him have at it. Dang wish I could be there. Here is a pic he sent from over the weekend hunting pigeons, don't remember what time of day but said the two of them had 33 doubles and were glad they only had to pickup 25% as most were on the roofs or in the pens.

I am envious you @lenweber2, and very nice work!!! I can only dream of that now living here in the Netherlands. Ironically, we have no legal limits on the power of our air rifles, but we can only use air arms for target shooting. I can’t wait to travel home to the USA in the fall with a couple of my guns for some hunting. Idaho modified a lot of laws last year that legally allows for a lot options of critters you can hunt with an air rifle. I can’t wait, I know some dairy farmers who will be more than happy to let me pop some pigeons and starlings for them when I am home.
