Input on Air Chrony and LMBR. I'm searching for a new chrony. I've tried a Cadwell the only thing that did was run up error codes. Tried a FX didn't read over 1199fps and it consumed batteries by the pack. LabRadar is just to expensive for my plinking needs. Wanting to explore high speed ballistics.

I had one of those pro chronographs above long ago. Ended up shooting it with a .25 Marauder at 75 yards.

I have had several different ones last one was Caldwell , when it died it’s horrible death I bought the lmbr. And in all honesty it’s the best I have used to date, not once has it given me an error build quality is above par, I got mine from ishootconsult.com in florida same day shipping too which was great

Thanks for the input, sprung for a Air Chrony MK 3 from AoA. Now have to wait for the rifle to arrive.

I’m also in the market, I currently have the prochrono but the lcd readout has wigged out and it’s impossible to tell the speed.
I was interested in the FX but there are a lot of mixed reviews. I sure like the size and simplicity of it.
I’m leaning toward another prochrono but this time with the Bluetooth feature.
open to suggestions
