Chipmunks in the shed - Leshiy Classic Sub 12 (.177 / .22) / ATN

What brand is the gooseneck rail on the bottom Leshiy? I've found a product out of the Ukraine but not available at the moment. Also found a flashlight that comes with a gooseneck rail but has to be ordered out of China, which I'm trying to avoid.
