Nice! I do the same thing here, set up in the morning while drinking my coffee & scan the perimeter.
I really like that stock, looks very smart. Not a huge fan of the big LDC up front, maybe something slimmer like a Koi?
But the real question is: How many did you get?

Glad I clicked on this post! I was doing the same thing (Mi also!) beautiful day! “Very windy though!” was doing a little 25m practice, keeping my Eyes out for critters, but all I seen were crows? they like my wind flags? But won’t land... oh well...

Is this the normal finish on the stocks for these? I really like the ones I have seen in pics but the ones for sale on Pyramyd the pic looks much lighter...

The pics on Pyramyd's site do appear Very light. I added about 8 coats of Minwax Antique Oil to mine. Super easy product to work with! It has a semi-gloss look to it. I give mine a final buffing with a regular brown paper grocery bag for a little more glow,followed by polishing with a silicone gun cloth about 1 week after the finish has cured a bit.
