Do be carful though. If they are ripping off Hawke, they may be putting inferior glass in as well.
I've been in touch with BSA and Zeiss to identify real from knock off scopes on eBay. If you expect to get a quality Zeiss or Hawke for $100 or so, when the real deal is $500 and up, think again. It's just a knock off and you might get lucky, and you might not.
I love it when the Zeiss knockoff's say in the ad, "Specifically for oriental market, US marketing does not know about this model!"
It's a rare occasion to purchase a quality scope, so please buy from a reputable vendor to ensure you get the real deal and please DON'T reward the scammers. It gripes me to see the thieves make more money by selling forgeries.
