Cheap thrills.......

Ok guys and girls. We all have a few nice guns but we are talking real cheap. Less then $200 bucks and just fun to plink. Two in my collection. 1. Slavia 634 .177 but the award goes to: Early Izh 61 with Steel breach. Add a cheap bug buster scope and a couple 5 shot clips and Wala. At 12 yds I can shoot a nice group that a Nickel will cover. Smooth side cocking a a real little fun gun. What's your choice?

I had a Benjamin discovery that cost $179 and I had a bug buster on it. It was really pretty darn good out to 35 yards and a little further if you had a good rest. The trigger was kind of spongey, but you could get used to it. My friend now has it to shoot starlings with...giving it to him allowed me to upgrade ha ha, you can sell or give away a gun but the unwritten rule is that you have to upgrade and replace! Unless I have it wrong.

Diana Chaser .177 Carbine version. Impressive CO2 performance with the short barrel. JSB 7.87gr @ 525-550 fps. Pop on a cheap red dot and accurate out to 30 yards easily. A couple of mags will set you back $20 each but worth it. The moderator can be removed from the long barrel with a small bit of extra torque to break the cheap red thread lock and then installed onto the short barrel. This makes a really fun, cheap to run, easy to shoot mini carbine. And I think I'm in just under $200 even with a can of pellets and a box of CO2 carts.

Another one for the P17 and a Daisy 953.

I have 2 P17s.... one with a reflex red dot and the other with a 2.5x pistol scope. The 953 (for sale) is sporting the diopter sights currently. A 4x scope works great out to 20 yards.
