I just happened to walk into something I thought I'd share. My local fire department keeps their older SCBA's. They don't have the hydro anymore, so they can't be used for anything that might be life threatening (fire fighting or scuba diving), but some sell their old ones for various purposes (air gunning?) and some will even give them to you. They also have big compressors that, if you don't mind buying a pizza every now and again for these fellas, only takes about 10 minutes to fill up an 88 cf tank! Happy Independence Day!
