charge your pcp air gun what method you chose tank or hand pump

Pump. One pcp takes.2000 psi. 50 pumps max from 1000 to 2000. The other is a 3000 psi with a spare tank. A lot more than 50 pumps on that one. At 52 and 60 lbs to much it is a good supplemental workout. My wife makes me work out with her everyday for 30 mins as my health is still good and needs to stay that way. Pumping nice and slow with pauses as the pump body warms up. Usually only take 10 mins. Ive been thinking about a compressor and have been looking for a good used one but until the right is pump pause pump for me.

This depends on the size of your gun's resivior , and the PSI.

Anything larger than a P-rod @ 3000 psi and you'll start to hate shooting.
Disocvery is only 2000 psi so that is O.K.

But if you get a larger air capacity and PSI hand pump is out of the question.

If you're going PCP do youself a favor and save up for a good tank. If you don't have a palce close by to fill the tank then get a compressor.

This is not a cheap sport. (I guess it could be?)

But I've spent (Initially) more on my PCP's then I did on my powder burners. But in the long run it will be cheaper.
