I added a Ronin to an HPA QB78 using a slip-on adapter. It shoots with the same POI with the adapter on or off (suppressor not mounted), but I get a 1 inch lower and right group with the Ronin. POI shifts consistently when the Ronin is on. Does anyone else have this experience when installing/removing suppressors? What gives? I doubt it's barrel droop - this QB has a pretty stout barrel (15mm bull/straight). I did not get around to checking velocity yet with it on/off, and it's hard to say yet if the group size is changed because I was shooting on a gusty day.

POI changes when on/off suppressors is normal bro ... Just make sure the group is still the same ...

By the way, this thing goes from 22 rifle loud to almost Marauder quiet with the Ronin. It was so loud without the Ronin that the kids 2 doors down went running to tell mommy that someone is shooting a gun! With the Ronin, they only hear the target backstop go TWANG.

I think the cause is the change in barrel harmonics. The barrel will be at a different place in the vibration cycle as the pellet leaves the crown. The change is miniscule, but noticable in the end results.

On every gun I've tried my Ronin there was a shift in poi but not in group size once I adjusted my scope so, I think it's normal. Don't know if it's droop or harmonics but either way it's a simple few clicks on the scope.

Be absolutely sure your barrel threaded adaptor is secured tightly no movement when threading your Ronin on and off. Perhaps safer to locktite it on but Check to see clipping issues. Check to see that your threaded barrel slip on adaptor is concentric to the barrel and also FYI...Some qb barrels are bored off center with some much worse than others. YO!
