I think he means in reticle or scope cam view. I would like to know the same thing as well.

I haven't figured it out, I don't know if you can.
To fix it on my dope card that I print, I just made an image (screen capture) of the reticle view, then added the hold under values from the Chairgun tables to the reticle image using Microsoft Paint. Then I added the image to my holdover tables (for different wind and elevation values) and printed it all, thus making my complete dope card.
