Chairgun BC calculator

i will but was wondering if any of you use it and it works out for you.

hades seems ok. daisy’s seem pretty good for a HP, and i have never heard anyone figure .031 for a crosman.

Gun: .22 cal brocock compatto. huma reg@130 bar

pellet: daisy hollow point, muzzle 795, 50 yds. 625 BC .024

hades, 795, muzzle, 50 yds. 652 BC .029

crosman hp, 815 muzzle, 50 yds 675 BC .031

here’s what I do.

enter the data into CG. Velocity, pellet weight, etc.,

As an example let’s say CG suggest 40 yards using the default 1” KZ. I shoot groups confirming this aim point.

I then will move my target to 75 yards.

Let’s say CG says the holdover is 2 mildots at 75 yards. I Then shoot groups confirming this aim point.

Let’s say 2 ISN’T the POI at 75 yards. Let’s say it’s more like 1.5 mildots.

i will then adjust the BC to match the POI of 1.5 mildots at 75 yards in Chairgun.

and I will then set the target out at 100 yards and confirm what Chairgun shows for that distance.

as an example my Cricket uses a .330 as opposed to my other guns using a .360 shooting the same weight pellet.
