Hello, I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I am looking for some to make me a mold to Cast and Swedge .30 cal pellets. If anyone can connect me with a person with this ability I would be very grateful.

I agree that NOE makes good molds which make nice pellets. I have one of their 25 caliber molds. My only caution is there is no guarantee that your gun will like the cast pellets. I think it is just like commercial pellets, some guns like them some guns do not. Unfortunately my two 25 calibers do not like the cast pellets my mold makes. I can shoot 3/4 inch groups at 25 yards with them but with pellets it likes, one of my 25s (an Avenger) will shoot 1/4 inch groups. I keep the mold just in case the new barrel I've ordered for my other 25 is different or there every comes a time I can't buy pellets.

. Good luck on your projectI had been looking for HN Hen style swage block and stumbled upon Thor molds. I wanted to mention this but will defer to members who might have more experience with that company or their product. Personally had poor luck with cast pellets except for NOE 35 cal pellet which shot great in TJ liner at ~880 fps. Good luck!

I would also like to get into making my own pellets. I have cast for powder bullets for years. The swaging dies that I can find are really expensive.
