caselman info

This guy named Mike C. is the only person I’ve seen actually build one besides Mr. Caselman.

If you look in the comments he said he would be willing to build one for $3000. For that price I would rather buy a LCS sk19 or Huben, nice scope, and pellets

Welcome to the forum! It’s funny when I first started into airguns I was intrigued by the Caselman as well. Only to find out there are far better guns available for a better price at that. If full auto is your thing, then watch some YouTube videos on the LCS sk19. Also, they will soon have a .30 available producing as much power as the caselman Mike built

I started a Caselman years ago, and got it about 85% complete (maybe). The "maybe" is because there were a lot of questions that came up during the build - there are some missing dimensions in the drawings and other issues that need to be resolved. I got 'stuck' on the magazines - sheet metal has always been my nemesis and while wrestling with that life interfered and I have not picked it back up.

By contemporary standards, it's a pretty primitive design. I'd certainly never commission one - the only reason to have one is to say "I did it".

I’ve heard of the missing dimensions and what not. Might be better to 3d print the mags using a carbon fiber filament and high infill.
