CARM Magazines Update

Hi,

I received multiple CARM magazines today for numerous guns and they are, as expected, very nice. I've been using their single-shot mag's in my .22 Crown and they are flawless. Today I received the following (all pictured below):
  1. (2) FX Impact .22 caliber mag's I bought for my friend Jerry McGee, these are the black and yellow mag's in the picture and has a flip top that makes loading very easy. These were the mag's used by the winner of the Sportsman's Class in Speed Silhouette. I shot next to him (Adam Miguel) and he could dump pellets into them very effectively.
  2. (2) Brocock Ghost / Daystate Delta Wolf .30 caliber single-shot mag's, yes they are interchangeable! They work great too!
  3. (1) Brocock Ghost / Daystate Delta Wolf .30 caliber single-shot spring-loaded magazine. This opens by pressing a button and auto-pops open. Very nice.
  4. (1) .22 caliber Daystate Red Wolf spare magazine which works great at less than half the price!!!!
  5. (1) spare .30 caliber Brocock Ghost/Daystate Delta Wolf magazine, fits and works flawlessly.
  6. (1) single-shot .177 caliber mag for a Vulkan 3 that looks and works great!
My general feedback on these are very very high quality, much less expensive than factory, and work great. I recommend these and as you can see I have purchased many....They have a huge selection of mags for a lot of different brands.

I saw a comment about tracking the shipment and yes, I too figured out if you go to the Croatia Post website and enter the tracking number it works fine. Your package, like mine, will likely be delivered by the US post office. It takes 7-10 days but works fine.

The pictures showing an airgun are a .177 caliber Vulkan 3 with the yellow single-shot loader and the New Brocock Ghost, .30 caliber with two different red single-shot loaders. These also work in the Daystate Delta Wolf.

Thanks for the great products CARM!

Steve

From the 2022 EBR Speed Silo rules:
  • If using a magazine, must use factory/OEM magazines only. Limited to 18 shot maximum capacity.
Hmmmm…. Maybe he had an exemption from the Match Director?

CC,

I didn't know that but I do now...the 18-shot limit pretty much excludes the Impact...Also, many people use single-shot trays which aren't OEM in some cases. We'll need to revisit this subject prior to next year.:)

Steve -

Are any of these magazines for guns that have the o-ring on the probe ?
If so, has the roughness, in the pellet cavity, problem been taken care of ?

Mike
Hi Mike,
No, none of the guns I own have an o-ring on the probe. Most have them just inside the transfer port. What gun(s) have the o-ring in this position?

All the SSTs I saw people using in their Red Wolves were OEM. FX made many Impact mags that held 18 or less pellets prior to the Sideshot style, and they are still available. Impacts can shoot Speed Silo with mag dump, and I saw a few doing just that legally with OEM mags. Ignorance of the rules is really no excuse...
