I went to the Central PA Airgun Show this weekend and was very pleased with the variety of vendors and items for sale. A good mix of the latest PCP guns springers and antique Airguns . It was nice to be able to handle guns you only see on the internet and talk to the vendors. The only thing disappointing was the poor attendance. At least I thought it was slow. The show was only Saturday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. I brought a Airforce CondorS to try and sell but got no love. I left after about 3 hours and put the rifle away. Then I got thinking I should have tried to make a trade on a nice .117 springer that I saw . I rushed back getting there right at 3:30 and there was no one there! They must have packed up early. This was the second show in Carlisle and hope it continues. I do gun shows myself as a vendor and know how frustrating it can be when the traffic is slow or you queastion if it is worth doing it again being you sometimes hardly make expenses. But I have learned from past experience that the networking is worth some sales down the road. But gun shows just aren’t what they used to be.
