Carbon Fiber Tank and Regulator question...

I want a CF bottle to refill my lil Harpoon 50 cal cartridges. My question is more with regulators...

What I want is to fill my ~.5 liter (future CF bottle) up to its max of 4,500 psi and then be able to transfer ALL of that pressure into cartridges. The problem is, all regulators I'm seeing list a max output of only 3000 psi.
Are there any reasonably priced regulators that can output the full pressure in the bottle?
TIA

If you want to fill the cartridges to 4500 psi, you don't need a regulator, just a fill valve. I don't know anything about the cartridges but a .5 liter bottle will start losing pressure right away when you fill. Depending on their volume, you may only be able to fill one cartridge to 4500 psi.

Thank you, I see your point. We're gonna need a bigger bottle. :)
So all I need is an unregulated valve, right?
Like this?

Thx for the advice.
In theory yes. However if you do use a regulator then all the cartridges will be at the same pressure and you will have more consistent velocity. Otherwise, regardless of tank size, each consecutive cartridge will have lower pressure.
