I have been using a CF shroud on my impact I didn't care for using the moderator end cap to tension it on and off every time. The shroud in the pic is 25mm OD X 14mm ID CF tube
The end cap thread is 1/2 20 on both the male and female sides. Now I do not have to thread the SS liner lock into and out of the alum moderator.
They work great made from 6061 aluminum and come in 20mm 25mm and 30mm diameters.
