The up arrow has been here since 2017. It's a very useful button. No you cannot turn it off.

Considering the heat some of the recent topic threads have generated maybe it's a good idea to keep the Carbon Fiber (or "Fibre" as our Continental friends say) on the site. It'll help us all handle the increase in air pressure created by all of the hot air that gets blown around here at times.

I don't like the carbon fiber. It is distracting and makes the page look much smaller. Just my opinion.

I don't think it's real carbon fiber and it looks to be better quality than vinyl...
