Wanted to try out some pellets in my (new to me) fx boss so i ordered a tin of Hatsan vortexbig bore supreme .30cal.After sighting in i shot some groups with them and the JSBs sent to me with the gun. I cant tell the difference and neither can the boss. I shot 1 JSB then 1 Hatsan in the same hole and again the Hatsan and the JSB fallowed it into the same hole. Both 3 shot groups at 60 yards straight out of the tin.

That's some mighty fine shooting'.

Where did ya get that rifle, man?

Have you tried shooting at further distances than 60yds? I have noticed, that some pellets will group well, but as I move out to further distances, say 75 and 100yds the difference becomes more apparent as to which pellets (mfg) will perform the best. I have actually had one mfg, that was tight (pellets touching) at 50yds then actually began to spiral at 75 then was all over the place at 100yds....Just food for thought. PS nice group at 60!!

I got them on amazon 16bux free delivery, haven't had a chance at 100 yet shooting in my back yard max 75yrds fence to fence, I think they are made by JSB but cant prove it they are made in the Czech Republic, 2manyAirGunz did me a solid on the BOSS.

Made in Czech Rep - Hatsan must be yet another company that bows to JSB superiority and re-badges them.

It surprises me that H&N have not done the small modification to their F&TT pellets to make them into a solid long range pellet. A little more weight filling the head would probably be all that would be required.

Nice shooting there at those ranges too. Kind regards, Harry.
