Received my Neutron Star today from Pyramid Airguns it had zero air in the tank. I hooked it up to my Hatsan Spark. I had the lever cocked and pumped it up to 200 bar. Once I bleed the line, all air bleed from the tank. I've tried it several times with the same result. Do need to send it back, or is it user error? Pyramid Air has been soo busy, there not answering the phones. Need help, any ideas?

It seems that the check valve on the gun, which allows air to go in but not out is not working. Probably the O ring is bad, not seated right or there is a debris preventing the valve from closing fully. It has happened on my brand new Air Arms FTP900. I just took the air tube apart, clean the check valve and everything has been good thereafter.

Make sure that when you release the air after filling you do so as fast as possible. If you are slowly releasing the air it will allow the check valve to remain open and the air will escape. Also, place a small drop of silicone oil in the hole of the fill probe so when you start filling, it will blow the oil into the check valve. This could help with the seal if something is sticking.
