Can't get pellets to seat correctly in Diana 34? Manufacturing problem?

Anyone else with an RWS Diana 34 have trouble getting the pellets to load straight? I'm trying to figure out if this is a problem from manufacturing? I've tried loading them by hand and with a seater and they always go in at an angle so the bottom of the skirt protrudes. I could push it in more...but it's still crooked. Please let me know if this is normal or not!

The Diana 34 has an angled breach face. If the pellets are straight with the bore, the skirt will not be square with the breach face. When the pellet is seated properly, the bottom of the skirt will be flush and the top will be recessed.
