Cant get Kral PB to 200 bar

Hi all, I recently picked up a Kral PB with a tune from Troy, from a member here. The PB seems to be shooting fine, but I can't seem to get it pumped (hand pump) to 200 bar. I can pump it normally until around 160 bar. After that, the pressure (as indicated by the gauge on the pump) starts to jump around - the needle will hit 180-200 bar, but will drop down to around 170-180 bar. The most I can fill the gun to is between 180-190 bar.

Anyone know why I can't get that last 10-20 bar?

The pump seems to be functioning fine. I plugged the hose and pumped it to 200 bar, no problem. Fills my Bandit to 20 mpa/200 bar fairly easily.

The fill probe doesn't seem to be leaking, but I can't be certain.

Edit: Turns out it was in fact an issue with the pump. A buddy of mine dropped off his pump a moment ago, and I managed to get the PB to 200 bar with the other pump. Not entirely sure what's going on with mine, considering that it's holding pressure just fine with a plug.

Thanks for the help, everyone.

Pump will be rebuilt later today, and will give it another shot sometime this week.

I did notice that even with the other pump, the pressure in the pump, as I was pumping the PB, bounced around a few times (e.g., pump would read 200 bar then immediately drop to 170 bar). After a few bounces, the needle settled down and reached and stayed on 200 bar. Not sure if this is normal, but I'm glad I can pump the PB to 200.

Hey Sam I was the one who sold you the kral .

I never had any issues but the gun has always been topped off with a buddy bottle never used a hand pump not sure what's going on there . Are you useing the fill probe I gave you or a different one. I think the one I gave you is for a hatsan flash possible not sure if it differs or not.

Thanks for reaching out Ray. I'm using the fill probe that you included. My understanding is that the Kral and Hatsan fill probes are the same. I went ahead and purchased a different one, just in case.
