I can uncock my EDgun Matador, if I lose my shot, by lowering the magazine advancing lever on the side, pulling bolt back and pulling trigger while letting bolt forward slowly.

Just tested it on both my Veterans and you can decock them imply by pulling the lever back and holding it and pull the trigger and let it go slowly back to place. And with the new anti double load mechanism you don't even need to worry about double loading as it won't cycle the mag after decocking only after firing!
