Can this type of pressure relief value be used on PCP compressors?

Most compressor use burst discs, but they are use once devices and I can't find any with NPT threading at a reasonable cost. The ones commonly used for PCP and paintball seem to have plain thread into a blind hole with a small orifice and the bottom.

Once a spring safety valve is overpressured it cant be trusted to work correctly.

So its typically sent out for a rebuild and tested, or replaced. This is how it works in industrial settings anyway.

So maybe the rupture discs that are designed to work with gassesare better? Just buy a spare.

Tuxing has a pressure relief valve for 4500 psi that works like a normal aircompressor overpressure valve. It bleeds off until pressure drops. The one on txedt32 works fine. Like $30 on aliexpress.
