CAN I SHOOT SLUGS ACCURATELY OUT OF THE FX STX PELLET LINER A?

Has anyone tried this with 500mm barrels? 



I've been toying around with different settings on a new impact compact. 22 



Currently to enjoy the short 25 inches and not be loud I've got it tuned at about 75 bar reg...



Getting about 830fps on power level 3...876 on max... with jsb 18.1 ... that's about max fps for keeping it somewhat quiet without adding a DonnyFL yet. 



I'd be interested in trying the NSA 17 and seeing if I could get useful results without having to increase the reg.

Can shooting slugs from the Pellet Liner A cause any damage to the pellet liner?

i have a crown put in stx 177 barrel in and using 10gr zan slugs hope to shoot in a few weeks hope they work ok using them for turkey

I have NSA .249 26.8’s shooting very well out of my Crown MKII 600mm at around 935. The H&N 34 grains are very accurate @ 900 fps. Both of these are being shot through an STX liner.

@Powerage I've tested both .217 and .218 in both PL & SL. Ive found that for me the 217 shot best from the pellet liner while the 218 did better fron the slug liner.

I never looked to be honest. It was whatever FX sent it out with from the factory. I no longer have the gun or I would look and tell you. Sorry I could not help you out with an exact answer.
