I pulled the picture Geeze

I never hunt if it isnt legal ,

I took him where my garden is bordering my grandmothers turkey farm

It is legal I never said what State I shot it at or a thing . Now why would you guys think ut ohh we got a poacher here ,

I see comments where I live and laws I know and abide by laws i showed the shot because it was perfect not to be told poacher lol

Not assuming anything here, but you indicate it's your property and you live in Connecticut. Connecticut has a few laws on pesting and I'm pretty sure you must follow all hunting regulations when you are pesting "out of season", right? I see no where in Connecticut law that specifies an Air Rifle as a legal weapon to take turkeys. Maybe that's why people think you were poaching.

He's protecting his property and laws be damned I would've done the same thing. He did nothing wrong and anyone who thinks he did wrong must be a communist. Why even discuss this. All the people focusing on laws here need to get a life. This has nothing even remotely to do with poaching.

So if a Bald Eagle was eating the plants it would be fair game too? NOT!
