Thank you for the night shooting idea ! I barely have time to walk down and turn on the light before dark after getting off work this sure helps me decompress !

Yup it's something I do in winter time also! I would rarely get anytime to shot if not. Doesn't happen very often anymore with a 8 week old daughter but that's ok!

Same here, I work 12 hours, get home way after dark. But 3 kids, 1, dog, & the wife shut down any dreams of shooting & relaxing.

I’ve been doing a lot of night shooting this year. Wind dies down and you can really make the most of your time testing and tuning.

Agree typically a winter time experience ... Well lit target in darkness is the bomb for really getting serious or just unwinding.

Beautiful set up and mighty fine group. Thanks for the honorable mention. The forestry service is thinning the acreage behind my place. They're cutting a couple rows of pine and leaving 4 or 5 rows standing for harvest at a later time. I'll have many 1500 to 2000 ft lanes when they are finished? LOL I had the last 30 yds of my 100 yd lane onto their property so I took everything down until they are finished. I hope they clear a lane right where I need it the most? LOL

I'm just glad they aren't clear cutting it, but they will be back in about 10 or 12 yrs to clear cut the remaining. I took pictures from behind my neighbors house today. Hopefully they will be behind my house tomorrow or next day and I can get some decent pictures. The forestry land runs at least a mile deep behind my place. Then we have a local hunting club that hunts it, so I'm sure I'll be seeing more hunters now that they will have better access from all the thinned out lanes.
