My question is this.
I do not believe the person spoke to game warden (s) and hey said it was illegal.
If you spoke to one game warden and he said it was illegal why would you ask another?

He didn't. He was full of it. I can pretty much guarantee he though the pellet was actually catapulted by a spring and not a pocket of air and just didn't want to look stupid.

I thought you could,nt have airguns in Calif .anyway? Its one of the state's you caint ship airguns to.

So Pyramyd Air didn't ship my new AV Avenger to my front door? I certainly showed up there. This occurred last December.
