What caliber is people shooting at benchrest competitions?

Depends on what the competition allows. For RMAC, I believe anything up to a .30 caliber is acceptable. People shoot anything from .22 to .30 for the 100 yard competition.

So, what kind of bench rest?

I have no idea was thinking of getting a gun, But the guy at the shop that .30 was the caliber that was winning.
