Calculating mil dot reticle holdover in Hawke 2-7x

Hi all,

I just picked up a Vantage IR 2-7x32 AO with a mil dot reticle.

My understanding is that the mill dot reticle on Hawke scopes would be accurate at 10x. Am I correct in thinking then, that I would need to multiply the mil values I get in chair gun by 0.7 if the scope is at 7x zoom?
