I find it worth the risk. Recently I had one show up minus the charger. The gun was owned by someone that passed away so hadn’t been used in a cpl years. That caused the lipo battery to be completely dead which isn’t good for a lipo if you don’t know. In the end I got a good deal and those things are super minor and easily replaced on amazon for the savings.

Recently bought a used airgun from AOA and it arrived with a messed up regulator, they said it must have happened during transport because it left their shop in good condition, They offered to fix it or return/replace it for free. I'm currently waiting for a refund because i decided to return it after seeing that there was another issues not described and i needed the gun the week that it was supposed to get here. It is a waste of time returning a gun and the experience wasn't great but I still recommend them because their 30 day policy is great for when there is an issue and they seem to have great costumer service when things go wrong.

On here you can pay full price and more for a used gun that was supposed to be shot for a review video. Guess there wasn't very many rounds sent through it to still be considered a new gun. Glad it only takes a couple mags to really get the feel for an airgun to give an honest assessment of its qualities.

I have only bought , sold , or traded on this forum for the last 10 years. I've probably sold or traded 10 -12 pcp's, purchsed or traded 8-10 rifles. The only problem gun was a modified Talon SS which I had fixed and gave it to a friend who has ground squirrels on his property. I look for buyers/sellers who have been on this forum for 2 + years with feedback. I've talked to about 1/2 the people. Most are knowledgeable airgunners. If somebody has done a lot of mods to a gun I usually pass. I do see fewer guns fo sale here, more and more acessories that keep getting renewed and clogging up the classifieds. Compressors that have been for sale for a year with no price change..........
This is the best place , just be careful.
