Buying some problems to FX- help with CF bottle!!

In my life, i have not had a gun with so many problems like this Royale.
Some months ago, i have bought a Royale laminate regulated in .22 to Hurricane in Sweden. The gun was setted at 10j due of legal restrictions and they sold me apart a High Power kit (wich includes the new power adjuster with the new tranfer ports diameters and the new valve supporter). Hurricane told me after the kit is installed the gun will be capable of 30+fpe. Now it's installed and i'm getting 23fpe (750fps with 18.1) with a ES of 25fpe, not even close to the adverticed energy.
Then, i discover the CF bottle (wich i bought apart) was touching the barrel changing POI after a few shots (that problem was solved in a very rustic way by me).
Now, a few minutes ago, i was screwing my CF bottle after using the aluminum one, when i discovered that the valve was not opening, the air was not leaving the CF bottle to reach the breech block. When i took it out, i discover the golden ring that is inside the valve was missing so it doesn't open.
I have to add that where i live, we have not oficial dealers and considering Sweden is on the other side of the world, send it back to the dealer is not even a point of discussion. I don't know how i'm gonna solve this, but when i spend $1800 on a rifle, i'm NOT hoping at all to deal with this kind of issues.
I add twoo pics of the CF bottle valve, and two of the aluminum bottle valve, just to see the differences.

I hope not to have more surprises...

Manuel, try to attach the bottle, and give it a bit of air through the filling port, my experience is that the valve will open when the pressure equalizes. It's not how it should be, but you will be able to shoot again. I've had this same issue, but only once. (And I have swapped bottles numerous times).
It seems like the valve stem can't be compressed enough to open the valve. It is a matter of tenths of mm's.
B.t.w. none of my bottles have the brass ring visible in the pictures, and according to the drawing, it also does not belong there.
Another way to fix this is to remove the bonded washer in between the bottle and the bottle adapter, it's there to prevent leakage when the o-ring inside the bottle neck would fail, but technically the o-ring inside the bottle neck will seal this fitting. Other bottle guns don't have this extra washer either.
