Buying my first pcp

I would call the range and ask if they'll let you bring your tank One of the ranges here won't let you bring the tank to the firing line.They're afraid that the tank will explode. It would be a hassle to have to go back to your vehicle every time you needed air. . That said, lots of people bring air guns to the range. Just remember to bring hearing protection.
 
That Target Forge trap looks nice but a 6"x6" limitation on the target seems pretty limiting. My home made trap takes a 8.5x11 target and I think it's small. I suspect my 3/4 plywood filled with rubber mulch trap is also quieter. I love to have a steel trap a bit bigger than the Target Forge - big enough for at least an 8.5x11 target (probably backed with cardboard so it will lay flat). When I test relatively inaccurate ammo the sides of my trap get shot up.
