Buy it from a place that does not collect sales tax to your area....there are a few dealers that will still fly under the radar...gotta search.

Don't forget to always always always search for discount codes and free shipping and rebates etc b4 buying.
ALSO MANY PLACES you must add to your cart in order to see hidden unadvertised discounts.
Most people just too lazy to make any effort whatsoever to save money though.

it used to depend on where the online entity stores and ships the product from, the state where the product originated from is usually where the seller has tax nexus and has to report and pay sales tax, however some states charge on transactions out of state if bought from a person residing in the state, its all changing so fast ...
