Bushnell® Matte Elite Tactical 5-15x40

My friend just bought a bushy scope from previous owner. He noticed that his Bushnell model ET5154 markings on scope not engraved but rather printed only (hard print). He is asking if it's original. I said to him yes to ease his worry.

My opinion is correct? Is model ET5154 marking is not engraved under the scope?
