Yes positive my S11 6-24 is made in Japan, my scope is probably 20yrs old! Not a recent version!, Take a close look at the bell housing, not the same as yours! Take a good look at the top scope, what is it? you talk about it all the time! I don’t have to prove anything to you YO, I know what I own and where it’s made!!!! and no don’t want to buy them I already have one! You Just keep being the scope guru ok! And tell everyone what to buy! maybe these came from the Philippines too!

Really Yo, instead of just flapping your lips, and saying how bad they are, a review comparing your bargain cheapo scope and this one would be interesting and informative. Better yet, send me the Bushy Forge and the $200 cheapo scope you love and I’ll do an unbiased comparison and post it right here on AGN. I have no skin in the game either way.
Joe has been doing scope reviews on YouTube for years and most on AGN trust what he says. So prove him wrong if you feel that strongly about it. 
Next thing you’ll be bad mouthing top rated Athlon scopes like the Midas TAC.

Why do you think I am throwing out an offer nobody can lose by letting them buy the cheap Alpha6 4.5-27x50 shop smart $180-$229 then compare it to their scopes and if they don't think it's clearer I will buy it from them just don't mount it?

This is not flapping or BS nor am I paid sponsor or get offered free scopes to do a good favorable advertising review on then post video then right after sell it and pocket the money as my payment for making a good video review for that scope and vendor.

I'd welcome an Athlon Midas TAC owner to buy one so I can buy it from them. I really don't mind. It's a try it you like it kinda thing.

Then again I bought the Vortex Golden Eagle 15-60x because of you said it was clear but mine is clear only to 35x.

Are you going to offer to buy it from me? I never mounted it. 

The March-F on the other hand is crystal clear no question that others suggested as it being the best. That one was spot on.

I can't stand it when people say it's good then I buy it to find out it's CRAP. At least not as good as stuff I paid half to one quarter the price that's even better.

I extend the offer to EVERYBODY. You buy it shop smart $180-$229 cheaper the better they were as cheap as $165 but that vendor is sold out. I'll buy it from you if it's not as clear as your Helix. You get first hand looked a to a side by side comparison on your own and don't have to listen to me or trust me. Just don't mount it. You said that Helix is comparable to your Nightforce. Well I REALLY want you to compare the Alpha6 to that Nightforce too. If your Helix as you told me is as clear as your Nightforce then the Alpha6 SHOULD MOST CERTAINLY BE CLEARER. ORDER 10 TEN. Please post a few links to the Alpha6 scope you mentioned. A quick review of Google and eBay shows $294.

FYI, the Vortex Golden Eagle is a Japanese made Scope, just like my Vortex Razor HD LH. I shoot the Golden Eagle all the time at 40x, haven’t checked it at higher mags but it subtends at 40x and that Mag is good and clear for 100Y BR. I also have a Japan made Sightron Big Sky 4-16x, and while its good, it was slightly less clear at 16x than my old Hawke Sidewinder 6.5-20x Scope. The Vortex Razor HD LH smoked both the Hawke Sidewinder and the the Sightron Big Sky and was equal in clarity and contrast to the Nightforce SHV.
Im curious why people think the Chinese can’t make quality products? They made your iPhone... Are you really going to compare a $1200 Vortex to a $4000 March scope? Really?

PS., I’ll offer $750 for your Golden Eagle If it has the ECR-1 reticle.

Was wanting to order at least 20-40 of the JSAR FFP versions of the SFP Alpha6 but they told me at least 3 weeks out. I have 21+44 that are backordered from 2 vendors. Bummed they were supposed to be in stock and got charged for 44 and won't credit back without cancelling the 44 backorder so I said I'll wait (and tie up that much cash I guess) already let my CC know the scoops but told them dont dispute ir at least not yet.

I have more than 100 guns that still need scopes. Many still in their boxes.

Hey Centercut,good advice on the Golden Eagle I must have received one of the few good ones. I was comparing my Hawke Endurance 6-24,Hawke Sidewinder 6-20 and a Aztec 5.5-25 to my Trijicon Tenmile 6-24 last week and there was not much difference in clarity in good light,but more in low light. The Trijicon was the best,but not $700.00 better. It all depends on q.c. when it is made in China. Then again I don't have 20/15 vision like some. Eve Strut,out?

As I keep mentioning - every scope is made to a "spec" differentiated by the company's willingness to pay for "upgraded this, or that". Also some companies get a greater discount, know the owners of these factories and call them friends, often allowing them to afford to offer "more".

There's a reason March came out with their HighMaster glass, maybe it's because their other glass wasn't up to, TT, top line Minox, S&B, Hensoldt, and ZCO, in comparison. 

But there's a lot of things to consider when buying a scope aside from the glass.

I’d buy it at $229 but not $294 which is as low as I can find it anywhere.

But seriously... My 2nd focal plane Forge 4.5 - 27 gives me Zero Eye fatigue compared to MANY other scopes. I've learned that first glance through a scope can be clear as a bell but when you shoot a lot and eye fatigue begins to set in that's what separates top from bottom for me. The second best scope I own in that category is much cheaper Japanese glass Front focus Weaver V-24, but is IS 2nd to the Forge.. I also really like my (Chinese made  Vortex Strike Eagle). But I'm no expert and have never looked through European glass so what do I know?
