Bushnell customer service..........

I have a Bushnell 4200 Elite, 8-32 x which I dinged the aluminum ring that the sunshade screws into. I contacted Bushnell customer support and was told that I have to dismount the scope, pack it up and send the entire scope to them for a 2 oz threaded aluminum ring that screws off the end of the scope. I once had a 2000 lb transmission sent to the US overnight from Sweden (Volvo). It blows my mind that I can't get Bushnell to send one out in an envelope. My next scope will be a Crosman Center point before I go with a Bushnell again. It's a shame too, the Bushnell is a great scope. Too bad the customer service staff isn't what it should be. My reply to the refusal to send out the part was to either send the part out or send me the contact information of the customer service manager at Bushnell. I doubt I get a reply.

No Spyser, the clerk at Bushnell just wanted me to send in the entire scope , like it was some pissing contest. I told him it was mounted and shooting well to just send the part. No excuse for his ridiculous reply to a former long term customer of Bushnell. I took the damaged ring off, screwed it onto a sunshade and tapped it with a curved tap hammer. Worked like a charm.

Thanks to Ryan Edmonds of Bushnell for his lousy customer service and crappy condescending attitude. Never again will I buy a Bushnell product.

I have since mounted the MK 4 back onto my rifle. The Bushnell 4200 is a great scope, crystal clear, the turrets are a but mushy as compared to the MK 4 but for the money a good scope.Too bad Bushnell customer service (Ryan Edmonds) isn't what it should be.
