Excuse me my ignorance, I´m not familiar to the word BUMP in the classifieds, what is the meaning ?

The ad has been in the classified section for a number of days and the seller is just renewing their ad to bring it back toward the front of the line again.

Like Brucesaid. Every 7 days you can ...BUMP.... your add to bring it back to the top/front of classifieds.
