Bully .45 air from breech

I have just recently purchased my first big bore, a Hatsan Bully in .45. I have noticed a small puff of air in my face every time I shoot. My accuracy is consistent. I did have an issue with the breech ring almost immediately, but have since replaced it. I’m not sure if this puff of air is normal, or if I’m still having issues with the reach seal.

I replaced the orings In mine with larger ones. I have a bag of them from McC if you want to try one. But the real trouble is that the probe doesn’t stick far enough into the barrel. I pulled the probe out, turned it 180* and drilled a new hole for the pin a little further in. Now the probe enters the barrel a bit more and I haven’t blown a ring since. And I am shooting heavier slugs too.

Are you using the vortex slugs? Have you found any alternative that groups well for the .45 bully?

Could I get McM part #. I’m going to give that a try.

I have a refurb .45 bully. It came with a barrel that had significant rust pitting, Hatsan was good enough to send me a free replacement. While I was waiting, I ordered the McMaster Orings that Quad82 posted, and I'm really glad that I did!
Valve seal 9262K251 2.5x18
Barrel seal 9262K128 1.5x12
Breach seal 9262K604 1.78x11.11

When I took the rusty barrel out, I noticed that on the barrel seal orings, there were a few small sections sheared off. I'm not sure if the orings sheared when Hatsan assembled it or if it happened when I removed the barrel. Those orings have to pass over the barrel lock grub screw holes, barrel port, and a few other holes which all have very sharp edges. Maybe Hatsan uses a cryo process to shrink those orings before inserting the barrel? That's how they get the rubber packed into torsion axles. Anyway, at room temp I destroyed a dozen orings trying to insert the new barrel. No amount of silicone oil or patience made a difference, and the receiver holes with the sharp edges are not very accessible. In the end, I chamfered the receiver bore and taped a dremel abrasive sphere to the end of a punch and used that to deburr/break the edges of the sharp holes.
