FX Impact, .177, 600mm barrel, Heavy Varmint class, in-door 50' BR match at Phoenix Airgun-Rio Salado. The FX Impact I. .177 does not have a good competition reputation. I had tried several times to compete with my FX, previously shooting a Wolverine. The FX was a dog. Installed a BC Tension System and was able to shoot a 104.1 card - Orion scoring system. Really a big improvement!

Nice score that's awesome and yes those tensioners are a game changer very impressed with them I'm shooting a 75fpe Maverick sniper and I couldn't believe the accuracy gains instantly after installing it

here are 2 of my 5 shots groups at 100 yds in light wind shooting nsa 38.5gr slugs

I just bought a .25 maverick sniper myself. Am looking at the BC tensioner but was wondering if the carbon fiber sleeve can still be used with it if you know? Thanks

Yes you can still use the carbon fiber sleeve with it, in fact I prefer to.

I am seeing my local FX dealer has these barrel tensioners for 700mm barrels only.
But I already have a barrel tuner on my MK2 700 barrel, and these two doesn't fit together.
Tinkering to get the BC tensioner for my 600mm barrels, but I would need to cut the length... or there exist a shorter tensioner?

Bullet central makes the tensioner in 600 mm length.
