Building of a beast. Tuners please chime in.

So I am setting in my gun room last night, I am looking at one of my air gun racks. Next to each other are a .22 RWS 350 magnum and my RWS 34 .20. This is one of the ones made in the 80's with the 36 stock. So the idea hits me, what if a barrel swap is possible (.20 barrel on the 350)? If so how could it be tuned to push a 13.8 to around 930-945FPS? Could it be tuned not to be a scope eater with a comfortable firing cycle? What would the cocking force be? Who could do the work? Is this a pipe dream?
What are your thoughts? Anyone. Here are some photos for comparison.

Email Hector Medina at Connecticut Custom Airguns. Diana's are his specialty and the man to ask about the possibilities.
Personally, if I had an original D34 with a factory .20 barrel, it would be staying that way. Also worth more should you ever decide to sell it.

I do love the caliber, if it came down to only owning one gun, the gun would not be the issue the caliber would be. It would be a .20 probably my Hw97. This is more of a what if question, and you pretty much and answered the question. I would still like to know if it could be made to push a 13.8 pellet to the 945 FPS range.
Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I would go that route too. It was just as I was thinking about what velocities might be Achievable if anybody knew. Or had a guess.

Why I suggested Hector. Been quite a few years since he did the group buy, got enough shooters interested and talked Diana into building him 30 D54's with .20 cal LW barrels (he also did a batch of D34K's the same way, I own one) and from members who own them that posted about them, they were shooting somewhere between 780-790.
No clue if that number could be raised or what it would take, but Hector would be the one to ask.
